Does this still apply if the Marine is shot in the back of the head as the terrorists have reported?
That's a different guy - he is US Army.
I hadn't heard about the Marine being shot in the back of the head; only a soldier possibly named Maupin who was taken a couple of months ago.
Anyway, I think it wouldn't change the way most service members fell about giving these dirtbags a whupping.
