Thanks, Justa.

Looks like the antiwar weenies just accidentally did us a service. Talk about perspective!

Bumping for perspective on the East Coast I-Hate-America weenies at the WaPo.

I think the last three years have seriously damaged the mainstream media's credibility with average Americans.

This is just another example of why thats so.

Another great American hero! Without our civilians willing to make sacrifices to help rebuild Iraq, we could not get it done! Thanks to all of you now serving private contractors in Iraq.

General Dynamics use to be headquartered in St. Louis and they were a great asset to the community. Sounds like they are still doing a terrific job supporting our Military.

Stay Safe and God Bless.

Here's some additional perspective - this guy has apparently experienced a meteoric rise in the East Coast newspaper world. According to the Washington Post's own website, he was a SUMMER INTERN in 1994, a scant ten years ago, at the Washington Post. Today, he apparently holds one of the most powerful and influential international positions at a major American newspaper. What a phenom, huh.

I've copied their list of interns below who've gone on to become Post employees from their website. If you want to look for yourself, here's the link.

Washington Post's intern page

Q: Are interns hired full-time? A: Yes. The program has been a good way to meet promising journalists early in their careers, and we do hire, depending on performance and openings. Other interns have returned after enhancing their experience elsewhere. More than 80 current staff members started here as summer interns. They include Robert Kaiser, associate editor (first intern class, 1963); Downie (1964); Jackson Diehl, (1978), deputy Editorial Page editor; Michael Wilbon, Sports columnist (1979 and 1980); Linda Perlstein (1993), Metro reporter; Gina Acosta (1996), Editorial copy editor; Rachel Alexander Nichols (1994), Sports reporter; Justin Blum (1993 and 1994), Metro reporter; Rajiv Chandrasekaran (1994), Foreign reporter; Seth Hamblin (1995), National graphics editor; Ann O'Hanlon (1995), Metro reporter; Lonnae O'Neal Parker (1995), Style reporter; Philip Pan (1995), Foreign reporter; Jackie Spinner (1995), Business reporter; Dennis Brack (1997) Financial art director; Chanda Washington (1995), Sports copy/layout editor; Bill Webster (1996), Washington Business art director; Josh White (1998), Metro reporter; Sewell Chan (1999), Metro reporter; Jamie Stockwell (1999), Metro reporter; Emily Wax (1999), Metro reporter

That's what you think! The people of this message board will be sending this story to everyone they know .. especially their progressive friends.

I've had really good success sending this kind of info to a local talk show host, who not only reports on it, he sometimes interviews the author. He has an audience of 3 mil.

The AP like many great American groups ie Sierra Club, has been taken over by leftist and used as a tool to furether the agenda. The locals are no longer in control.

"Being that I am in Baghdad, I get to see some of what the daily routine for the people is here. When I watch the news, I am wondering where they dig this stuff up."
