Yes, a dial-up. I called my ISP - no help there. Their suggestion was to reinstall Windows XP. Do you think that would do it? I don't have the disk, but the shop where I bought could come and reinstall. I just don't know if that would do it; and I haven't called them yet, due to some folks there knowing less than me, lol.
