Oh THANK YOU! But first I have to ask... Will Quicktime "compete" with my Windows Media Player?

(Someone once told me it was best to stick with only one player. That they conflict - or something like that.)

If you install QuickTime, you just have to go into the options and make sure it only plays files that Apple has made its own. Or go into the options in Windows Media Player and make sure that the boxes next to all the different kinds of sound and video files are checked.

In recent versions I think QuickTime is politer about this and doesn't try to take over all the different kind of files, but it's easy to check.
