June 30, 2004 -- REV. Al Sharpton can now add reality show host to his colorful resume. Sharpton will be the host and star of Spike TV's "I Hate My Job," a new reality series, loosely based on NBC's "The Apprentice," in which he will serve as a career counselor to help "despondent" guys land their dream jobs."I'm the working man's Donald Trump," Sharpton told The Post yesterday.
"Most people end up going through life doing things [for a living] that they really don't want to do," Sharpton says.

Sharpton is qualified for that job. Television is really getting sicker by the day.
How's he going to find time to pastor his church?

This may be the first realy job he's ever had. This could be a win-win situation. I heard Trump today say that "the apprentice" ended up being far more time consuming that he had expected, but the show was such a hit he didn't mind so much spending the time.
Now,if Al were to become a big TV star, well, surely that would keep him from running for president, etc.
He wouldn't even come close to being a pimple on Trumps butt.
There must be role somewhere for David Duke. Why hasn't he been offered a tv show?

I would see my house and move to the South Bronx to see Sharpton on Ice Skates.
It was mentioned on Fox and Friends this morning that the manure shoveler was a CNN employee! I almost fell out of my chair!
