Other than on the issue of slavery, the Confederate Constitution was nearly identical to the Union one. No one on the right is pushing to reinstitute that. Some on the left, such as Grand Kleegle (Senator Byrd) may be. Certainly Jesse himself prefers that blacks stay on the Federal Planation, rather than supporting and making something of themselves. They are easier to exploit that way, and Jesse does lots of explointing.
Is Jesse losing his grip? I don't think he compared the struggle against Wal Mart the equivialant of Selma and the struggle for civil rights.
