Wow. AQ has a history of "small" bombs on planes. They blew up a Japanese man in his seat with a bomb that had been hidden under the seat. It might have taken down the whole plane.
Pressurized, at altitude, this bomb might have done a lot more damage, perhaps especially in the lavatory.
