Don't be. This study / experiment was debunked. About a week after this 'big announcement' in June.

Turns out that the 'scientists' didn't calibrate their instruments -- Oops. ;-)
So 'c' is still 186,000 mps (approx). And no new 'Speed Limit' signs need to be made ;-)

I am sorry to tell you, but this particular article has nothing at all to do with that earlier Italian/etc. experiment that was debunked.

Please read the article. Instead of having to do with the flight time of neutrinos, this has to do with a change in the proportion of isotopes over a billion years of time.

In addition, “...recently...” in this case is on the order of 2Billion - 6Billion years ago,
