Better yet, have your ovaries removed to avoid ovarian cancer. Or perhaps your prostrate removed in advance so you don't die of prostrate cancer like your Dad. Or maybe a member of the fmaily died of brain cancer - ah, have your brain removed just to be on the safe side.
