The problem with the kerry statement is that it's a lie.

Geez. The Democrats nominated and elected an actual draft dodger who hated the military, and who deliberately humiliated military officers while in the White House. How dare Democrats even raise this as an issue? Are their memories that short? Do they think all Americans' memories are that short?

Also don`t forget- Vietnam; Democ-rat war. Iraq (and Gulf war); Repub war. Well actually that`s not true, Vietnam did have a Repub near the end who rather than try the democ-rat method of prolonging the war as long as humanly possible, actually tried to *gasp* win it by trying this nutty thing called bombing! But winning a Democ-rat war is against the liberal rules of engagement. Surrender must always come first especially when 2 million people can be slaughtered.

"John Kerry was a warrior. George Bush was a draft dodger,"

Didn't Kerry even kill someone? What a guy!

Kerry should be tried for a war crime. This offense occurred while he was a on active duty. Oh I forgot, he received a silver star for killing an unarmed enemy combatant.

And kerry is a traitor. Sure he served and was decorated. But all traitors aren't traitors until they commit treason. Then they should be treated as such. Besides he's a socialist and we don't want another soviet union in the US.

He knew exactly what he was doing when his request was denied to him by his draft board and he enlisted in the Navy

Kerry missed another important Senate vote. Defense budget for 2005. Everybody voted for it except two senators.

And my son proudly serving with the Iowa National Guard in Afghanistan. I am copying this article and emailing to the kid. I'm sure he and his buddies will be sure to vote.
