Agreed. President Bush is going to make this “judges nominations” a big issue in the campaign as well as other social issues in particular "Gay Marriage".

President Bush waited for the most appropriate to make these issues in the front of the campaign. These social issues and judicial nominations will help him a lot in his re-election. The Democrats and Kerry are going to be badly damaged by this.
