This illustrates how the left picks their battles. They fight against a plastic toy, but they refuse to fight dictatorships or terrorists.

"On its homepage, the national Veterans for Peace organization claims its mission is "to restrain our government from intervening, overtly and covertly, in the internal affairs of other nations" and "to abolish war as an instrument of national policy."
Of course, fulfilling this mission would require the end of all foriegn aid of any type to any country. I wonder if this is really what they want?

But it's okay for kids to learn about fisting and condoms in school. Most of the lefties that tell you how to raise kids don't have any of their own.If they do,they are some of the most poorly behaved children you'll ever run across.

Liberals believe we should make love and not war. At least they're consistent in their embrace of amoralism and pacifism.

"What a bunch of misguided idiots. I didn't know that toys could teach."
Sure they do. It teaches young girls that as a lesbian, Barbie doesn't need a metrosexual like Ken around in order to have *fun*.

Amen, brother. Every time I encounter a "little monster" the parents are invariably leftists.

" remember having a plastic Hopalong Cassidy six-shooter, which was superseded by a double-holster Roy Rogers set of chrome-plated cap pistols. Later came spring-action replicas of Thompson sub-machine guns."My parents couldn't afford to buy the five of us plastic guns that wouldn't last out the summer, but necessity is the mother of invention. I give you the best all around weapon system in the field of toys ...
...the baseball bat. When used on top of your shoulder, it's a bazooka, ideal for knocking out Nazi tanks. When used at the shoulder, it's an M-1/Winchester rifle, great for picking off Nazis or Japanese troops or marauding Indians. When used below the shoulder, it was a tommy gun, the perfect weapon for gangsters and clearing out houses of defending enemy troops. Finally, when balanced on a rock or some other support, it's a 50-caliber machinegun, tailor-made for "street-sweeping" charging enemy troops.
And it was darned hard to break or lose when running through the woods like wild Indians during the summertime.

I did as you and wrote them a note of support as well. There was a article somewhere that stated the Twins had about a 125 to 1 spread in support of their giveaway. The dims just don't get it!
Cheers!

I gave my boys G.I. Joe toys before they could walk. They were always among their favorites (mine too).
