Outrage over New York Fundraiser Follows Kerry-Edwards to the South
George W. Bush ^ | July 10, 2004

Posted on 07/10/2004 3:24:06 PM PDT by RWR8189

Charlotte, NC/Arlington, VA—Charlotte Mayor Pat McCrory today called on the Kerry-Edwards campaign to release the unedited tape of a controversial fundraiser Thursday in New York.

"Last week, Senator Kerry told Mid-western voters that he shared their 'conservative values.' This week, when celebrities called the President a 'thug' and made sexual innuendos with the President's name, Kerry said they represented 'the heart and soul of our country.' This is just the latest example of Kerry telling different things to different crowds. The Kerry campaign should release the tape from his fundraiser to allow North Carolina voters to decide for themselves if the Kerry campaign represents their values,” said Mayor McCrory.

"While John Kerry had time to join this hate-fest fundraiser in New York City, earlier that day, he claimed that he hadn't 'had time' to be briefed on recent security threats,” continued McCrory. “John Kerry has been ranked the senate's most liberal member and in choosing Senator Edwards, he chose the senate's fourth most liberal member. The voters of North Carolina wouldn't have sent John Edwards back to the senate, and they're not going to send John Kerry to the White House. It's clear that Kerry and Edwards's priorities and values are outside the mainstream of both North Carolina and America."

On a Bush-Cheney ’04 conference call on Friday, U.S. Senator Zell Miller (D-GA) discussed the Kerry fundraiser and said, “…John Kerry held a fundraiser in New York that featured performers in a time of war calling the President of the United States 'a cheap thug' and 'a liar.' John Kerry just sat there, grinning like a mule eating briars.

"Far from condemning this display of hatred, he said their remarks represented the 'heart and soul' of our country. These are not the values of Southern voters. These are not the values of rural voters, and this is just another example of how far out of the mainstream Senator Kerry really is,” stated Miller.

Well, now JF'nK needs the security briefing photo op more than he needs the going to Mass photo op, and that's how he plans his day. Could this bozo be any more transparent and inept? It is amazing that the voters of MA have no better sense than to keep sending this ultra-lightweight and Teddy back to the Senate election after election. How pathetic.

If Kerry/Edwards want McCrory's support, all they'll need to do is to promise Charlotte federal funding for Lite Rail, an Uptown Baseball Stadium and revitalization of McDonald's Cafeteria.

And now Kerry has cancelled a church date with his boy toy to go back to D.C. for a national security briefing.

...to avoid the embarassment of being denied communion as ordered by the Vatican.

On the same day that Sean Hannity was hosting the Freedom Concert in New Jersey, showcasing conservative values, John-John was attending this fundraiser in NYC, showcasing liberal values.

Quite a contrast.

Right you are.

As a Nation we have come from "Give me liberty or Give me death" to take my liberty but give me a welfare check.

From Rosie the Riviter to Rosie the slut.

From a chicken in every pot to pot in every chicken.

From My Country right or wrong to My Country always wrong.

From Founding Fathers to white slave owneing rebels.

WEDU Broadcast a program about the Revolutionary War on July 4, 2004 where the narrator compared the Soldiers to the Viet Cong and stated that the leaders were smugglers and malcontents.

How far we have fallen as a Nation.

Each day the democrats and mainstream media takes us to another low.

Why are they doing this? To enhance their power. Both the democrats [socialists] and main stream media [socialists] know that a People who are free and have pride in their Nation cannot be ruled. They can only be governed. They also know that if you can destroy a people's pride in their Nation[Patroitism] you can destroy their Nation, Thereby rendering them a herd or mob ready to be turned into slaves and ruled.

I suspect too that he is not going to be using Church as a backdrop. They are getting pretty furious with him for taking communion.

Mayor Pat McCrory is what we like to refer to as a member of the "Chamber Party". He is registered Republican but likes to expand massive wealth trasfer through public projects and subsidizing millionaire sports team owners, etc.
