Image one of these devices, 1kT or 10kT in yield on board a low-flying light aircraft flown form any of literally hundreds of rural airports.
(all the while NEST teams are searching harbors, ports and inner cities for these devices.) AQ can effectively create an American Hiroshima. According to the reports we're talking about in the other thread - they can do so to 7 to 10 American cities.
Have the Russians plausible deniability?
In the aftermath of such a coordinated strike on American cities will they even care?
Finally, if you will recall the 2022 commo from OBL called "A Letter to America", he specifically tells us that NYC and DC will burn. Again, AQ has a history of telling us what they will do and then they go out and do it unless forcibly interdicted.
