I managed to hear Dr. Bill Wattenberg last night out of San Francisco, an arab from palestine called and told him that of course the Americans are hated, they don't understand the poor palestinian, and if we would show them the love that we do to the Jews, it would be different.

Dr. Bill did ask him if it meant anything to him that the terrorists hid bombs in the bushes to kill the women and children on the busses.

No, he only cared about the poor terrorists who are not getting all the love.

I have to admit, that I am fairly safe, never leave the house and not close enough to neighbors to make this a good hit. Even the valleys water is from about 6 wells, spread over the valley, each with separate storage tanks.

Ruth, I could not agree with you more. The Clintons, and their ilk, created the atmosphere that allowed these attacks to happen. All they ever wanted was power, and the threats from the Muslims might have interfered with that quest. So it was ignored, or placated.......to our detriment. He and Carter very nearly gave away this country (Panama Canal, China, and N. Korea, etc.)

Now, President Bush and Mr. Cheney are trying their best to quell the flow.

I am so very sick of this P.C. bullsh*t garbage! They have absolutely no concept of love and compassion. All they want is to destroy America, Israel and all who love them. And I don't give a rat's a** about all the other countries who think we have been too hard on Iraq and the Muslims. It's OUR country we are trying to protect. Let them defend their own (yeah.....like that will happen) and leave us alone! We (U.S.) will do what we need to do.

Like you, I feel fairly safe where I live. On the side of a mountain, our own water well, lots of wildlife for food if necessary. But I really worry about our fellow FReepers in the cities.

Prayers are going up for your friends and family who are suffering. I meant to tell you that earlier. The older I get the longer my prayer list gets.
