TODAY is a good day.
No depression.
I am thankful I'm alive.

I've been down today because I received word of not one, but two deaths of people very close to me this morning. I do know that they are in a better place.....but still, I will miss them. They are worthy of my grief.
Life goes on........and we must with it.
