This would be a good opportunity to fully man our nation's weigh stations and include larger company trucks, rental trucks and trucks that know our weighmaster schedules backwards and forwards. The element of surprise or unexpected inspections could net us the people and the weapons we seek. Worst case scenario, contraband, stolen goods and truckloads of illegal aliens could be thwarted.
Your comment about trucking reminded me of something.
Well, I was talking to my son about his trucking job. Recall that several ME's were getting their CDL's along with him about a month ago.
The ME's all went to work for a certain company that delivers food.
The interesting thing about this company is that the drivers themselves are approved to "check" the load after each delivery.
There is a trucking term for this- I forgot it.
I wonder if- being utterly paranoid now- drivers could be adding a toxin to the food.
Also I had read a year or so ago about putting bio in a container which would leak out, as a trucker travelled throughout the US.
