General consensus is that it takes a very high level of technical expertise and equipment to build and maintain suitcase nukes. It would be difficult for Bin Laden to recondition cold-war era suitcase nukes in a cave in the Pakistani frontier. Based on the recent attempted chem weapons attack in Jordan, it looks like an attack with conventional explosives and chemical weapons is much more of an immediate threat to us.
Apparently someone is messing with Aljernaan Spencer's Yahoo! email account. Perhaps just continued PsyOps, but she repeats the "Three Nukes" claim again in the following message.

even your handles are the same. You add 2000 or whatever and I always
know it's you. You do not know me, and most of the time your posts
make no sense. Right now your country is about to be blown up by

How old are you? 16-17 - 12. No adult can write stuff like this.

FBI, you are not CIA, you are not MI6. These people are
professionals, and it is obvious whatever you are, you are not a
professional.
I don't have time for children. And until you start acting and
writing like an adult, I cannot take anything you write or say

Right now there are 3 nukes in the U.S.A. If they go off 1/3 of
your country will be radiated for 50,000 years. You want to do
something intelligent and quit wasting my time, go on the net and do
some research on this.
Anyway 2000, 2001, pest on EOM, pest everywhere I go, go fight the
enemy and be of some use to your country. Right now you are wasting
what little lifetime you have left. If you are in a radiated area,
you can finish off typing me as your finger falls off, because you
should be filling up things with water and preparing for a nuke.
Homeland Security and other agencies take this much more seriously
than you do. You are a pest to them and you are a pest to me. Go do
something with your life, important.
