YU heard the Serbs chortling? How do Serbs sound, maybe it were Croatians? Where did you hear them chortling? Was it in the barnyard behind the roasting pigs? Did you get their names for a court appearance/summons? If not,...why not!?
I know what I'm talking about; I was there for several years.
I heard them laughing at the deaths of their enemies in several meetings with them in the Republika Srpska. They were Serbs because they were all elected city officials in the Republika Srpska. Croats don't live in the region; it's 95% Serb, 5% returnee Bosniac. I remember very vividly one meeting with a Zvornik city official who told me "We had to go to war with them, they were outbreeding us." Too stupid clearly to consider the much more pleasureable alternative.
