The only reason they aren't stealing from Wal-mart is cause the stuff is too cheap to bother stealing AND re-selling on the black market.

They go in with a baby basinet or baby seat with a light blanket over the "baby" and they put the stuff in there. The store clerks probably don't challenge them because most of them have Latino background, too.
Walmart has small electronics, DVD movies and games. I'm sure a thief can find lots of items worth their time before they make entre into the big time jewelry heist business.
