Yeah, the best solution of all is simply have the reconstituted Iraqi army destroy the rats nest. When they'll be ready to handle it, I'm not sure.
I think they (the good Iraqi Citzens) will get into the swing of things, I see a lot of positives coming out of Iraq, the Iraqi's are gona get mad and take out the "freddy foreigners" coming in to cause trouble.
