I really think this country is going crazy.

Why would a 38 year old woman flash her breasts at a passing vehicle?

Why would a County prosecutor waste taxpayer dollars by incarcerating and prosecuting her?

Maybe New York City should ship them some REAL criminals so they have something more productive to do with their time.

Poor little ol' Logan County just doesn't have all the crime of NYC. The state legislatures of this nation, including WV's, have decided indecent exposure is a crime that should be prosecuted, and that prosecuting these and other crimes therefore is a productive use of the county Prosecuting Attorney's time. As I said - and please trust this West Virginian on this point - a half-nekkid Logan County woman probably is a crime!

Here’s the crime stats for Logan County, West Virginia for 2000.   I am sure that breast patrols have played a significant measure in suppressing their crime levels in their county.
