This is the same line of reasoning that the left uses to blame POTUS Reagan for the Aids epidemic, that is to say no logical reasoning at all.

And will someone tell me how an MSNBC convention analyst can be asked to address the convention? doesn't that smack of built in bias? Doesn't he have to choose his role: commentator or part of the program?

Rondald [sic] Maximus was about all winning wars and conquering enemies...

No offense, but Ronald Maximus had his opportunity to confront terrorism in Beirut, and instead turned tail and ran.

No God, eh? God's gonna get a big kick out of that when you get to tell Him that to his face.

If you will recall, the mission had all but ended when the Marines were hit by the suicide truck. President Reagan was the first president since WWII to effectively use a battleship, USS New Jersey, to enforce American firepower against a country (Lebanon) with which we were not engaged in war (battleships were used in Korea and Vietnam). (BTW, in WWII, the country was (Algiers) France)...
I use this illustration to point out his courage and determination in spite of a negative media. Your "boy" Bush isn't worthy enough to carry President's Reagan's bedpan when he was in the last stages of life.

Isn't that the truth! It makes me sick to see the Democrats, who had nothing but contempt for President Reagan, now parroting Ron P. and Nancy on stem cell research. Of couse, that's only b/c they agree with them. If Ron P. and/or Nancy were opposed to it, the liberals would be snidely saying "I guess Ronnie learned about this in ballet, or while commenting at the Westminster Dog Show," and "Nancy must have heard from her astrologer that stem cell research will work".... When I heard this, I thought that I hope the Republicans ask Laci Peterson's mother to speak. Perhaps she could lend her "personal experience" to Kerry's vote against the unborn victims of violence legislation....

Umm... call me crazy, but the cold blooded murder of 240 US military personnel, should have made for a "change of plan".

You obviously don't understand Reagan's 11th Commandment.

I would gladly trade Ron Reagan to the Democrats for Zell Miller. Seems like we got the better of that deal.

Umm, Excuse me. But Embryonic stem cells come from aborted fetuses. I thought those weren't human. How can something that isn't vaguely human help an Altzheimers researcher? And I agree, if this stuff had such high hopes, wouldn't the evil capitalists be funding it themselves?
