Peopla in PNR just don't wnat to go to Moldova. They are not moldavians. That is th eproblem.

My girlfriend lives there, in a small town called Parkany, right next to Tighina. It's a very Soviet place, very dreary, and a genuine police state. You have to pass a military checkpoint entering the region from Moldova proper, and you'll see howitzers stationed at several intersections.
