I have another take on this should Bush lose (won't happen by the way). Should Bush lose the election, and I were a third world dictator, those last three months of the Bush Presidency would make me very very nervous. When he has nothing to lose, Bush might just take off the gloves.

No, he wouldn't do that. He'd confer with the Kerry folks and wouldn't do anything serious without a Kerry signoff. That is the difference between class (Bush) and dishonorable pissants (the Dims).
