By the way, good for Miller and Byrd who voted YEA.
Miller's almost gone. And Byrd could kick off any time and is out of it.
Notice Nelson (D) also voted 'Yea'. He's probably the most conservative Dem in the Senate now that Miller's going. Admittedly, he doesn't have Miller's down-home charm but his voting record is comparable.
