Similarly, the right to life logically precedes the right to exercise personal liberties. Only living people can exercise their liberties.

This exact argument (that "you don't have rights if your're dead") is advanced by gun-grabbers all the time. If it's fallacious when they advance it (and I'm sure it will be generally recognized here that it is), it is equally fallacious when you advance it.
