Assuming that you weren't kidding, a ping list is a list of freeper names you type in the to: window when you post an article, news story or essay. Each name separated by a colon. I've checked your previous posts and they are petty interesting and wondered why you don't have a ping list so more people would get to read your stuff.
The list of names is started by you at the request of people like me who ask to be added to the list.
