FANTASTIC! There are two kinds of people who "want to get things done." There are those who go off half-cocked, with all best intentions, and mess up. Then, there are those who take the time to dot their "i"s and cross their "t"s and have a chance of success.
I am not surprised to see that this Ethics Complaint you reference -- and are obviously friends with those who brought the Complaint -- was done correctly under the Rules of the House. Congratulations.

I was listening to cspan this afternoon, they had the US House of Rep. squabbling about this, and Rep. Brown got up and started outright screaming about the coup d'etat in Florida. I believe they decided to strike her remarks from the record. She was way out of control.
