I think Li'l Ron will not be attending the ceremony because his juxtaposition to the immense tribute to his father's even greater accomplishments will only serve to irritate Li'l Ronnie's little man complex.
I guess it's always tough being the son of a great man. No matter how successful one is, they can never measure up to their father. Thankfully, Michael Reagan has found his niche, and he's very successful in it.
