yet I know a guy whose uncle does just that for one of the Baron and Budd outlets.
I can tell you, without reservation, that my client is entitled to these paltry compensatory damages. Sure, five hundred million dollars may seem like a hefty judgment for someone who contracted HIV by injecting himself with heroin, using dirty hypodermic needles. But can you tell me that the medical supply companies don't share some of the responsibility for his debilitating illness. Hmmm?
