(Roll no. 384). 5:28 P.M. - WORDS REPORTED TO THE HOUSE - The Committee of the Whole rose to report the words that were objected to. Upon examination by the Speaker the comments were judged to be out of order and Ms. Corrine Brown (FL) appealed the ruling of the Chair. Mr. Buyer moved to lay the appeal of the ruling of the Chair on the table and Ms. Corrine Brown (FL) demanded a recorded vote.
