I must have missed something. Where did these Christians state that God hates homosexuals? You think it is a waste of time to stand up for what you believe in, even if others don't, because it might mess up their vacation?

Don't you know that Christianity is supposed to work by silent cultural osmosis? People (Christians) are supposed to keep their beliefs inside their special church-buildings. They are to vote Republican - if American Christians and are to otherwise remain silent. Now go take your SOMA.

These small Caribbean islands are very protective of family values. They normally don't have MTV and they want their kids to grow up in a normal environment. Believe me, I have lived in the Caribbean and seeing a boat load of gays come to shore is NOT NORMAL! I believe these people have the right to say who they want in THEIR COUNTRY.

As a side note, homosexuality, is still a crime in the British Virgin Islands, so I hope a gay cruise doesn't try to invade their islands. They may find themselves spending a few nights in Her Majesty's Royal Prison.

The citizens of these Countries have their priorities in order. I am not a gay basher, but if you have never seen a boat load of homosexuals on "vacation", it is a hard thing to explain to kids, much less to witness yourself on the streets of the beautiful Caribbean.
