I'm confused here - if the anarchists commit acts of terrorism at the NYC Convention, can the Heinz fortune be RICO'd? If its determined she is funding a terrorist organization?

It wouldn't surprise me if she funds all kinds of groups who could be accused of terrorism within our borders.
I wonder about the RICO laws, too. According to Tide's own tax filings, they contributed $21,500 directly to The Ruckus Society in 2003 alone.
