Berger's home and office were searched earlier this year by FBI agents armed with warrants.

I'm assuming he didn't tell Kerry, because if Kerry knew this and kept him on board - Kerry's toast for lack of judgment.

Nope. If Bill's in (and he is--it's even stated in the article), then "she's" involved. This was not cooked up to get Kerry. Get real. It was cooked up to cover up for Clinton, just like it looks.
