You are absolutely correct. See Amendment IV

Airport search and seizures by "federalized" employess blatantly violates Amendment IV.

Requiring by law, that airlines purchase x-ray equipment to search their customer's luggage violates Amendment V (nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.)
