Like most liberals, he's under the misconception that he will not personally suffer any consequences of his policies.

Aiding and abetting the enemy. This judge should be impeached due to lack of marbles upstairs. The judge is surely a demorat and probably a klinton cronie. The DNC has carefully planned for all these blocking actions to disrupt the RNC in New York.
