If these guys cannot fight off an Insurance Agent....how the He** are they going to fight off terrorists?
Well, terrorists use weapons, which are pretty darn easy to understand.
Insurance agents use paperwork, which most people don't have a clue about.
I'll bet that most people who are well suited to understanding paperwork - like me - are poorly suited for fighting wars. Again, like me. Can't stand the sight of blood, or even an exercise machine. But I do know paperwork, and I understand how confusing it can be under the circumstances reported in the article.
