Wow! That makes even it more important that you posted that reply with the data and HC's Google link. Thanks for the clarification. So they acted really quick when this S storm hit them.

Great job of catching them deleting the data. Thanks to you, a whole lot of Americans will know about this before this week is over.

I'm getting positive responses back from some on my email list who got this earlier from me earlier today. Some moderates and Republican Lites are fired up. Interesting all them dealt with classified data in the military. They know that this is no laughing matter.

Thanks again for your great catch and posting!

You got it right.

Only the sad Freepers with Mad Troll Disease are not getting this. From now we should just ignore them and pray for their recovery from Mad Troll Disease.

I'm amazed at the number of people who aren't aware of the importance of what Berger did. Top Secret should mean something to everyone, and someone walking out with documents from the national archives should cause sirens to go off in every American's head.

They either suffer from Mad Troll Disease which has crippled their brains where everything GW did or didn't do was/is evil. Another sympton is never blasting the rats when they do something wrong, they try to blame GW and republicans. Sad symptons of Mad Troll Disease.

Or they are the end result of public education with postgraduate work via ABCNNBC BS.

To improve security in commerce, John Kerry believes we should accelerate the timetable for the action plans agreed to in the U.S.-Canada and U.S.-Mexico “smart border” accords as well as implement security measures for cross-border bridges. Finally John Kerry will pursue modest safety standards for privately held infrastructure and will help owners find economical ways to pay for increased security.

.30carbine, hc hutch and jmstein7 are the ones who did the heavy lifting here!

No, every freeper has the tools to save this data and get it out to their email lists of friend/relatives and news sources.

Interesting that Kerry who said that he didn't have time to read the latest terror report WHICH THE GOVERNMENT SENT TO HIM has had the time to learn about weak spots in our defense which he has NOT been briefed on. And I STILL think he was giving aid to our enemies with his report on our ports and airports.

No wonder he "didn't want to waste his time" be updated on security.

Thanks to the Sandy Bergular, he had his own briefings.

As you note, those dealing the security of our ports and Airports was probably an act treason.

Rush was talking about some of this today .. did you hear him ..??

Rush said he wondered where Kerry got the information when he gave that speech about his waterfront plan on terrorism .. since the Kerry campaign had refused intel briefings .. and Rush wondered if Berger was feeding the info to Kerry (because one of the reports missing was a report detailing America's weaknesses). This info could have been used by Kerry to write up his plan - taking advantage of that CLASSIFIED INFORMATION.

So not only did Berger take the stuff .. he may have passed it to someone who was not cleared to receive it. This was not a good plan for Berger.

And .. if Bill Clinton put Berger up to it .. I'm hoping Berger blows the whistle .. and sinks the Clinton boat. Besides, Berger has nothing to lose but his life .. he's already killed his career in govt service.

We really don't know where this is leading. It has something to do with the hearings and must pertain to something that occurred during Bubba's administration.

The fact that Clinton testified with Berger on one side and Bruce Lindsay on the other makes the dinger go off. Clinton wasn't under oath but we know that doesn't mean anything

But the deal Clinton made just before he walked out the door, said they wouldn't go after him after he left office. We don't know if the deal was limited to known possible crimes or all encompassing (which I'm now betting it was). So Clinton may be laughing because "He got us again".

Looking back, Watergate was an absolute nothing compared to what's going on here.

"the deal x42 made just before he walked out the door, said they wouldn't go after him after he left office"

The only "deal" I remember x42 signing before he left office was an acknowledgement that HE COMMITTED PERJURY.

It was because of that document that x42 was stripped of his law license for 5 years, and forever forbidden from practicing law before the USSC.

I don't recall anything in that document that even suggested that x42 would not or could not be prosecuted in the future. While you might be right .. you'll have to produce that document to prove it.

Since you made the claim, how about you do the googling and provide the link, to prove your assertion. I remember no such thing that you assert.
