You know, I am reading all of these comments and I can't figure out what this proof of. You say that portions of this was lifted directly off Top Secret documents that Burglar stole. If the docs were secret how do we know this was lifted from them?

I just don't get what all this excitement is about. What am I missing here that is so obvious to everyone else?

The ASSUMPTION is that Kerry lifted materials than can probably be TRACED back to the documents stolen by Berger, and that is why they were so quick to yank that speech from his website yesterday. Out of sight, out of mind. Obviously, you are correct in that if it is truly secret, how would we know?

The amazing coincidences here are that:

Berger is close to the Clintons;

Berger served as advisor to John Edwards and now John Kerry;

Berger had access to secret documents;

The subject of those documents (port security) happen to appear in speeches by Hillary Clinton and John Kerry, who haven't even been briefed on the security yet;

When Berger's investigation catches fire on the news, the Kerry Campaign immediately drops the security speech from the Kerry Website.
