Hold your nose on this one:

Good background on how they use the research facility:

We'll discuss the mechanics of research there -- what researchers can do with archived material -- and what's frowned upon.

The central question now is, what was he trying to hide?

This is the key issue. When are we going to hear the words "cover up?" I hope the author of this article moves on to fame (Watergate) by way of real investigation.

COVER UP!

Scream it loud, and often.

THIS fact is being LOST with the skerry media whores.

Sandy Berger’s Heavy Lifting NRO ^ | 7/21/04 | Byron York: The documents Berger took — each copy of the millennium report is said to be in the range of 15 to 30 pages — were highly secret. They were classified at what is known as the "code word" level, which is the government's highest tier of secrecy. Any person who is authorized to remove such documents from a special secure room is required to do so in a locked case that is handcuffed to his or her wrist.

IT IS FR POSTED, NOTE in the following he's hanoi john's CHIEF ADVISER!

It used to be that The DemonRats would justify opening a Congressional Investigation on the basis of what they called"The Seriousness of The Charges"(never mind a lack of evidence). Now they cry foul because of "The Timing of The Leaks"(By the way, there is a SURFEIT of EVIDENCE"!!!!!

Perhaps, when faced with the option of either ..you go and perform this mission to get that incriminating evidence out of the archives.., or ...you wind up like Vince Foster..., Berger 'inadvertantly' agreed to the mission.

Soon, I imagine, Woodward will get his new deep throat, and then next thing you know, the book becomes a motion picture, then generations can learn to hate the Klintoon era.

Oh well, enough imagining, they will do their best to spin and bury the import of this crime against our country.

CNN, a network not known for its tilt to the right, cited three law enforcement sources who stated they had seen Berger placing the documents in his socks.

In a related story, Hell has frozen over.

When the best they can come up with is to suggest that the timing is "suspicious", it's pretty clear the are in trouble on this one.

Expect the Dems to start slowly, quietly deserting Berger shortly, as the truth comes out...

“I suggest that person is lying. Let’s see who it is who made the comment that Sandy Berger stuffed something into his socks,” said Davis, the former Clinton White House counsel.

It is probably only one of the little people. Those expendable ones the Clinton administration runs over in their quest for power and legacy. Like Billy Dale.
