THAT is a wonderful story...I need to find out exactly when my brother was over there...wouldn't THAT be something if the two of you served the same time? Same place? Same everything?
I took the photos with an "hp photosmart"
735; says 3.2MP and 15xzoom on the front
of the camera, but I just clicked the right
button, and didn't focus or use any of the
gadgets because I do not know how. LOL.

Hang on.....FRmail comin'.
I hope someone can help walk you through posting your pics! I can email mine to someone who can post them, maybe?
Hey, thanks again. We had a ball!!!! I can post my pics easy. If you need me to post yours, just let me know.
My 8 year old daughter will live to see the RR come and go many times, and she will be able to tell her children, "I was on my father's boat when the Reagan sailed into San Diego Bay for the first time, way back in 2004!"
Check freepmail, so we can sync up emails for pic sending.
Your little girl is a doll
and she's smart and NOT at all shy.
I enjoyed her company immensely.
I have a really GOOD pic of you,
but I won't post photos of people.
I let them do that.
Let me fubd your e-mail address and send it to you.
The pictures were taken by onyx, and I see she has described her camera to you.
The pictures are of large and good resolution, I had to downsize them to post them so people wouldn't need a 36" monitor to view them...
And no, they are not on a server anywhere in the large format.
You're certainly welcome.
Thanks for sharing your Yacht with others.
Sounds like you all had a grate time!
ONYX! Well look at you!!! WHOO HOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
(I'll be the ONLY one w/the paper bag, I guess. Big, dramatic sigh......)
Check your Freepmail
I did, and backatcha!
:-)
Great pics! I've got a few of my own but no way to post them. We watched from Point Loma...it was a bit further away (certainly more so than in the water!) but it was a great vantage point.
Good job.
Did you use a digital? If so, you can email them to me and I can post them for you.
Woo hoo! Great pics! Looks like you all had a ball!
Howdy Everyone!
We got tied up in traffic, which put us a little behind schedule, but we pulled into the parking lot just a few minutes after 10:00 am, and just as the USS Ronald Reagan was closing the last few yards to the dock. Or at least, that's what we were hearing on the car radio. We rolled along the boardwalk at the Seaport Village, but didn't meetup with any of the FReepers. We watched the activities from the end of the village pier and took some photos, then we enjoyed a lunch of fish and chips at the pier cafe. Spent the rest of the day sightseeing and exploring Coronada Island and the San Diego area.
Had a great day and we're now relaxing back at our hotel. Looking forward to seeing y'all tomorrow.
Can't wait to meet you at Olive Garden!!!
