Yeah, that is the real issue. There is no guarentee when anyone writes a will the court will allow it. And if they do, the government will take most of it.

Copyright was originally intended for the use of the CREATOR through his/her lifetime and then shortly afterwards passing into the public domain. Now copyrights can be renewed again and again (with Mickey Mouse extending over 100 years).

If we get copyright law back in line with Constitutional intent, there won't be a problem of "inheritance".
