"Far left" probably describes them best. I go to Snopes to check out rumors that go through e-mail, and trust their judgment. However, when I checked on Hillary Clinton's association with the Black Panthers, they label it "false". I thought it was proven she had been. For other rumors on her, see http://search.atomz.com/search/?sp-q=Hillary+Clinton&sp-a=00062d45-sp00000000&sp-advanced=1&sp-p=all&sp-w-control=1&sp-w=alike&sp-date-range=-1&sp-x=any&sp-c=100&sp-m=1&sp-s=0

I've been sort of wondering about Snopes myself. Recently, I checked it out for the origin of Edgar Rice Burroughs' "Tarzan of the Apes." They claimed that this was the first book written by Mr. Burroughs. Even though that may be literally true (and I don't know if it is or not), it is very misleading. This is because his "A Princess of Mars", which was ultimately released in book form, was published in a magazine some time before "Tarzan of the Apes" was.

And they didn't even mention this little detail, although they went into great detail on about everything else.
