I have a friend of 19 years who has known the attending physcian of one (first?) of those so called wounds.

The "wound" was self inflicted by Kerry himself. He shot a grenade from a grenade launcher onto some shoreline rocks. A tiny sliver of metal came back and barely stuck into the outer layer of skin. This bothered Kerry so much that he waited until the doc could extract the tiny sliver and put a band-aid upon it. Kerry wanted the report of course, about his "wound".

Kerry will NOT authorize release of his records pertaining fully to this matter.

The doc in question lives in Scottsboro Alabama, birthplace of my friend of many years.

My uncle received a Purple Heart after he died of his wounds received in combat in Normandy and is buried in France.

It pains me that some lowlife human scum gigolo wounded himself and finagle getting a Purple Heart for it. Its possible that the other two Purple Hearts were slight wounds from actual encounters in combat with an enemy but I have my doubts.

The libs always talk about the doctor signing off on a document. WELL...HE DID NOT SIGN OFF WHEN FIRST PRESENTED WITH IT. Kerry kept crying about it and pretty much pushed for an appeal on the issue. The Doctor has said that some time later, documents were sent to him and he was told to sign off on some stuff. Seems he was tire of Kerry's bellyaching.

Kerry = coward who shot off a mortar (playing "hit the cow) and a piece of shrapnel hit him in the arm causing a superficial wound treated with a bandaid, for which he requested a purple heart and then used an arcane NAVREG to get transferred out of Vietnam.

Reminds me of another democRAT who lied to a bird colonel that he would join the ROTC in order to get a deferrment, and then once overseas stabbed the man in the back by carrying a flag covered coffin in a mock funeral protest against the United States in Trafalgar Square.

I read that the Doc who pulled that sliver out, said roughly, this. It took more effort for Kerry to keep the sliver in his skin, waiting to find a doctor, than to just pull it out. He compared it to a small splinter that would have bled a drop and no more.
