SIOUX CITY, Iowa Optimism was supposed to be on display yesterday...........
--SNIP--
.......but someone forgot to give Teresa Heinz Kerry the positive message. As 1,000 people waved signs reading "American Optimism," the would-be first lady ripped President Bush.
"There's a lot we know isn't going right," Heinz Kerry said after assailing Bush's agenda. "But the most insidious and probably most debilitating of all of it is the lack of dignity and respect perpetrated on the American people. That is not American."
Bush campaign spokesman Terry Holt called the remarks "shrill and angry attacks."

Teresa can not help it , she sounds like she is perpetually depressed , when she talks in her monotones.
To: Liz
No it's not you, and I think she's loaded up on medication.
She was reasonably intelligent(and attractive at one time)enough to snag John Heinz, so I would think she could be a little more articulate when bashing Bush.

She needs a hair stylist in my not so humble opinion. She and Elizabeth both could use some help in the fashion department also.

So much for the talking points.... Its hard to believe the Democrats and media are waving the 'Optimism' banner when they have done nothing but the opposite for 2-4 years This is because the Dems are masters at:
1. Doing (or planning to do) the opposite of what they say.
2. Accusing the Pubbies of doing the sleazy stuff that the Dems are doing.

Even "TehRAYzuh" is an affectation. It's TehRREHzuh, a rather common feminine name in the Portuguese-speaking world.
In my opinion, Teresa Heinz is rather stupid and her English skills are glaringly poor. It's cruel of the press and Kerry to keep referring to her as smart and "an intellectual".

First, does it only count when you can understand her slurred words to begin with? If so, then....well...no.
That trollop reminds me of "Misery" in a lot of ways. What's with that droopy ass hair and narcoleptic expression every time she stumbles to the mic? Kook.

I really can't believe that Maria Terry Kerry was EVER attractive! She was a gold digger and is now married to a deranged gigilo who has delusions that he is John Kennedy.

Before this thing is over she's gonna say something stupid that will cause a tremendousruckus. Kerry doesn't have the minerals to keep her in the background.

I agree.
Michael Savage always says "What is wrong with her, I think I know but I can not say because Edwards may sue me".
Then Savage will start singing, "HAL-DOL, LA LA LA HAL-DOL".
LOL

Her though processes are as convoluted as hanoi john's thought processes are. Besides she reminds me of some on having PMS full time or some one sexually fustrated.

PS.
Haldol with it's main ingredient Haloperidol, is used to treat psychotic disorders and symptoms such as hallucinations, delusions, and hostility and to control muscular tics of the face, neck, hands, and shoulders. Haldol also is used to treat severe behavioral problems.
Hope this clarifies my post above.

Did anyone out there catch CSPAN's broadcast of Theresa's speech in Denver on Friday? It was pitiful. My wife (who is non-political) passed by while I was watching it and said "Who is that? Is she drugged out or what?"
She needs to take a public speaking course of some sort. There were twin microphones in her face, and as she read the speech, she never looked up. It looked as if she was peeering into a microscope. ROTFLMAO!!
She must write her own speeches, because this one rambled on in total dribble. This woman has serious problems, and would make an absolute horrible and embarrassing First Lady. I can't wait to see her speech at the DNC convention, it should be a hoot!

Considering how many makeovers Albore had last time around, I would have thought the DNC would have hired somebody, anybody to improve the appearances of the prospective 'first' ladies. Somebody is slipping....big time! Watching these ladies during the convention should be interesting.

Thanks.
At first, I did not have any plans to watch this farce, but I may change my mind.
Will there be coverage of the entire convention? I heard somewhere that the networks will broadcast just one hour.
C-Span?

It's certainly not you. She seems to try to sound smart by putting a couple of big words in an otherwise meaningless string of small words. The result doesn't even rise to the level of a platitude, no it's more like babbling. Methinks Johnny boy should keep the "billion dollar bag lady" in the closet and keep showing everyone his medals. (or is it ribbons? I keep forgetting.)

- Like you, I have read the occasional quote from TAH-RAY-ZA and basically the same thought has occured to me. She is a "loose cannon" all right, but not because she is fearless and principled, but because she is a bit ditsy, has a second rate mind and has far too much, "f*** you" money for her own good.
Although she seems quite eager to play the role of the attack dog vs a vs Bush, she also seems eager to show everyone that she is only acting the adoring wife for campaign purposes. Whenever Kerry grabs her at events, the look of distaste on her face is telling. I'd be willing to bet that Kerry, if asked, has no idea what the color of the drapes are in her bedroom - and probably hasn't been able to for at least the past five years. That's why I think there's got to be a bimbo somewhere in his closet. John's had a life where he has always got what he wanted and if he can't get it at home, he'll go for it elsewhere. This might be the area where Hitlery could torpedo his campaign - it's hard to keep affairs secret in Washington - especially when she's sitting on all those FBI files.
To: finnigan2
Bush campaign spokesman Terry Holt called the remarks "shrill and angry attacks."Delusional ravings of a drug addicted imbecile is more accurate.
