I think you are right. I believe the prosecutions is saving all the most compelling evidence for last. I think ending with a bang is important in a lengthy case. I do not think the prosecution is doing badly....the press and talking heads just like to say that they are. I think the jurors may well tire of Geragos and his constant objections, delays and sarcasm. JMO

I have heard that they expect this trial to last 6 months. Do you think that is an inordinate amount of time to spend on this trial? It does worry me that they cannot make their case any quicker than that time. I worry that the jury will say, look, there is so much evidence, and right now, it is one person's word against another, and there is no smoking gun. I would be worried that a juror could find that after 6 months, and no lead cinch pipe case, the prosecution had not made their case. A lot of people said the same in the OJ case, the prosecution buried them in evidence, but did not present it in a cogent and concise manner.

Back to my other thought, this guy Peterson is as bad or worse than any fictional tv or movie character you have ever seen. I think he would have killed anyone that got between him and his pathway to the lifestyle he wanted to live. I am convinced that if Laci's mom had walked in on him, that he would have killed her too. He is a psycho, in the true sense. I think he thinks all of his actions are justified if it goes toward gratifying him. He is a super dangerous person. The only difference b/w Peterson and Manson at this point is volume.

IMHO, which depends on what I've heard in the media, I don't see the prosecution as doing badly so far. And I don't see anything brilliant in what Gergaos has done. Only statements by THs, most of them not having attended the trial, claim this.

Instead, the prosecutors have done what they should do: put out the facts even if they are not of much help to their case. Facts are facts. And that the information has failed to be interesting -- I find that kind of criticism offensive.

Absolutely, so do I. It's been clear from the beginning that the Prosecution has been very Methodically building their case. From my reading, Rick Distaso is well known for pulling his "best" evidence out just at the right time. He may even be secretly be chuckling about being Underestimated!! I'm registered on WS too and I'm waiting for the good stuff to just be dropped!! Geragos is getting a lot of attention because he's constantly throwing tantrums, he has the media reporting continuously what HE is doing in the Courtroom, and it would appear he has sent out some mouthpieces to "try his case in the media". He knows this Jury is NOT sequestered and he's hoping they will NOT honor their Oath!!
