I've decided from now on every time I see a picture of Kerry's frank-n-file, socialist-weenie, cold-blue-blooded, old-decrepid-monied, botoxed-into-cement, craggy face, I will only respond with two words:

Maybe I'm missing something here, but, logically, wouldn't an attack have the opposite effect? People keep trumping this reasoning out without any logical explanation. I mean, does America find a Euro-style appeasement policy toward people who want us dead or converted to Islam acceptable? Isn't John Kerry the appeasement French candidate? Certainly us American's cannot be that stupid.

Or could be idiot college students, like the one (a college junior) a week or so ago, who blew is arm up with a pipe bomb.
He & his room mate were building them, then attaching them to propane tanks aroind the county, to get a bigger ka-boom.

I was always taught that with explosives:
How big a crater will tell you how powerful the bomb... a small powerful bomb can obliterate a trash can. but if it is powerful enough to leave a crater in the ground and throw shrapnal several hundred yards.. then I would worry, that is playing with some big toys.
I hope that this was someone got a bit out of their league and the did not know the power they were dealing with.
