The *bang_list still exists, although, as you say, things have been changed.
To flag threads to the bang list now, just enter a new keyword, "banglist" (minus the quotes). Posting to the thread is no longer the method.
Can y'all help bump this? I think JR changed some settings and bang_list may not work any longer.
