More incomptence from the DA's office.
I hope this "woman" gets sued for defamation of character.
Even the Judge tried to give him an out. The accuser was getting cold feet, and I bet he had to prop her up.
This thread is very interesting. Generally, conservatives wanted to hang O.J. Simpson, and this was taken to be a racial thing. The concerns expressed in this thread are both for the right of the woman (even a promiscous one) to say no, and for the right of the accused to be considered innocent until proven guilty. Plus, we're talking of sexual assault treated as rape under Colorado's laws, versus murder in the first degree. The concerns of almost everyone for fairness to both victim and accused in this case, is the proof that these were our concerns in the O.J. case.
